How to Use These Resources

  • You are not alone: These services are free, confidential, and available 24/7.

  • What to expect: You will be connected with a trained counselor who is there to listen without judgment and help you stay safe.

  • Texting is an option: If you aren't ready to speak out loud, use the Crisis Text Line (Text HOME to 741741) or the 988 Text service.

  • Stay on the line: Sometimes hold times occur during busy hours. Please stay on the line; your life and well-being are worth the wait.
